At DecoPlants, we take pride in providing healthy plants and quality gardening products. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our return policy below before making a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe:

Non-Plant Items: Must be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Live Plants: Must be returned within 3 days of purchase if there are any concerns about their condition.

Condition:

Plants must be in their original condition, as sold, and must not have been planted or transplanted.

Non-plant items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

Plants that have been planted, repotted, or show signs of improper care after purchase.

Seeds, bulbs, and bare root plants that have been opened or used.

Opened bags of soil, compost, or fertilizers.

Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

How to Return Items

In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) and proof of purchase to our garden center. Our team will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange.

Mail-In Returns:

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is inspected and approved.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs for eligible cases.

Important Notes for Live Plants

We carefully select and inspect all plants before selling to ensure they are healthy at the time of purchase.

Plants require immediate care upon leaving our store. Please ensure they are watered, placed in the proper environment, and planted as needed.

We cannot accept returns for plants that have been planted, neglected, or damaged after leaving our garden center.
